How to Use Scheduling Assistant

  1. In a new meeting, add the Required attendees, the Start time and the End time, then click the Room Finder button at the end of the Location field.

  2. Choose the room you want to use.

  3. Open Scheduling Assistant at the top of Outlook. You can manually select a time based on everyone's availability or you can select AutoPick at the top of Outlook. If you manually select the time, not that the white spaces are their available times. 

  4. When you're done setting up your meeting, select Send
