Using Exception Pricebook and Exception Volume Rates

The Exception Pricebook is for approved devices and service rates. They require Approved notifications from the approval process. These devices have unique CPC rates. Note that including any other devices will show a blended CPC rate on the Deal screen.

1. Select the Exception Pricebook and find your device.

2. Click "Add"

3. Once the device is added, you will see the device has a line item called Exception CPC Rates. Select Add Volumes.

4. Click "Add Volumes"

5. Click the "Volume (B/W)" field and add in the included B/W Volume you want.

6. Click the "Volume (Color) 1" field and add in any included Color Volume you want.

7. Click "Save & Close" after you have entered all the fields you need regarding CPC Rates.

8. You will return to the Configurator screen. Hit Quick Save to save your changes.
