IOS Message Reauthentication

Occasionally, E-Mail will stop coming through to your phone. This is typically caused by a reauthentication being needed. Follow the steps below to reauthenticate.


Open your settings app

Scroll down to Mail

Tap Mail and select Accounts


Select the one labeled Exchange or Microsoft 365, and at the top there should be an error message asking you to reauthenticate.
