- Go to the start menu, scroll to the ShareX folder, and then click the ShareX icon.
- Now we are going to change what ShareX does after a screenshot is captured. Go to After capture tasks. Then Click Copy image to clipboard, Save image to file, and upload image to host, because we don't want those things to happen and they are set by default. Then we click Print Image.
- No we are going to set the print settings. Go to Application Settings and then Print. Check the box for "Don't show image print settings dialog" and "Don't show Windows print dialog." Deselecting these options will make the image print right away.
- Lastly we are going to set the printer we want to use for this by setting it in the Default printer override field.
- This part can be a little tricky, so you may have to contact IT to get this setup. If the printer is one on the print server than you would find the printer name on your computer, in my case it is S16584 - Front Desk on SAPRINT. So what we would put in the Default printer override field is \\saprint\s16584 - Front Desk.
