Thank you for contacting eci™ e-automate support regarding:
 
When 1 of our users tries to view transfers, they get the following error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
What we'll need to do to address the error is delete the e-automate registry on that users PC. Here are the steps to do it.
  1. Note e-automate Client Settings:
    • Record profile settings
    • Open Tools > Client Settings
    • Make note of the following:
      • Email settings
      • Report settings
      • Print settings
    • Close e-automate
  2. Open the Registry Editor:
    • Open Windows Search
    • Type "Regedit"
    • Right-click and run as "Administrator"
  3. Navigate to the Registry Location:
    • Expand Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\
    • Find the "Digital Gateway Inc" folder
    • Right-click the folder and select "Delete"
  4. Open e-automate
  5. Re-enter Client Settings
