To fix this issue, follow these steps:
1. In the search box on your computer, type in "Environment Variables". Click on "Edit the System Environment Variables".
2. Put in admin credentials.
3. Click on "Environment Variables"
4. Highlight "Path", then click on "Edit".
5. Click on "New", then type in "C:\Program Files (x86)\ECi\e-automate" in the new area. Click on "OK", then "OK" again.
7. Close out of any open Excel files and you will be good to go from there.
