Column does not belong to table table error in EA

When you see an error like this one: "Column XYZ does not belong to table Table”, this generally tells us that the e-automate version/build on the client (Help> About e-automate) does not match the e-admin version/build.


If you login to E-Admin, does your Database show that it needs to be upgraded?
I am attaching screenshots for your reference. Circled in red you can see where in e-admin it says it needs upgrade.
If this is the case, make sure to update the Database in e-admin so that the Needs Upgrade column is empty.

If the Database is in sync and you’re still seeing this error, you will need to verify that your E-Automate Clients have the same version/build that the server has
Highlighted in yellow you can see if the versions match. You will need to check Help> About e-automate (client) and Help> About e-admin (server) to see if they match.
If the client version/build is higher, then you will need to either upgrade Eadmin or uninstall Eautomate from the client and install the version that matches Eadmin.
