Make a call when on another call Vonage Contact Center

1. Click here:

2. Click here:

3. Click here:

4. Type the number you want to call or if it's an internal user, type in their name.

5. Click here:

6. When you're done with the second call, click release. That will hang up the 2nd call.

7. To go back to the first call click retrieve.
