- Go to saapp and log in as the Documation domain admin account. Password in 1Password.
- Open e-Admin
- Click Ok.
- Double-click MATIONSA. (If they need access to other databases besides MATIONSA, you'll need to repeat these steps and start by double-clicking a different database/Company ID in the e-Admin dashboard.
- Login with e-Admin for e-Auto password in 1Password.
- I recommend copying permissions from another user. To do this, select the current employee and then sort by User ID by clicking the User ID button at the top. This will allow you to see the next available User ID. Once you have done that, click Copy.
- I normally move the new user window over so I can see the list of User IDs to create a new User ID that isn't in use. Type in the information as listed below and I use the same default password format for this as I do for AD. Example: docuTU2019!
- Click OK and you're done.
- If they need access to other databases besides MATIONSA, you'll need to repeat these steps and start by double-clicking a different database/Company ID in the e-Admin dashboard.
