- Open e-admin on saapp
- Double-click Company ID MationSA
- Find another driver and select them and then click copy.
- Fill in User ID. Should be in this format 10DXX01. The XX should be their first and last initials. Set a temp password and require them to change it by checking the box. Click OK.
- Open e-automate on saapp01
- Go to People at the top and then click Employees/Contractors.
- Once you are in Employees/Contractors, click the Star (New).
- From the Login User ID Dropdown, select the new user you just created. That will pull in their User ID. Then make the Number field the same as their User ID. Fill in the name, address, and email. The address will be the branch address where they will work.
- Go to the Positions tab. Check the Technician box at the top. Set Department as Allocated Admin, set Manager as the person in charge of the warehouse. Uncheck Salary and Full time and check Time Card export. Set Territory to Default. Set Warehouse to 100000 - San Antonio Branch. Set Bin to Main - Main.
- Go to the Text Messaging tab. Type in the description as mation. Identification should be their username and device type should be their domain name.
- Go to the Custom properties tab. In the configuration search field, type employee. That will give you three fields. Change ZCJFieldTech from No to Yes.
- You're all done.
